Girls explore future jobs in electrical engineering

During the Girls' Day 2009 at FernUniversität Hagen Girls learned something about "optical illusion and optical image coding.

Program:

Part 1: Optical illusion
There are much more information in a picture as expected.

Part 2: Moiré effects
Finding new lines with overlay of grids, for example.

Part 3: Moiré coding effects

An example for coding pictures can be found on the right side. (part 4/5).

Part 4: Identify V.I.P.
The Quality of coding pictures, was illustrated by identifing V.I.P's.

Part 5: Own picture with Moiré coding
Finally the girls had to find their own coded pictures.
