Grundlagenforschung: Audio -                                   Basic research: Audio-------

Actually it started in 1976 when I still was working for radio stations, that I asked what do you really hear, when you listen to something. At that time research in audio was in the beginning at FernUniversität, with experiments with an artificial head, around-sound stereo and the like. It was the time when the institution bought a professional audio-studio.

In the USC San Diego I came across an audio tape with an experiment on it, of which unfortunately I could not get hold of. After hearing it, it became clear that one of the main hypotheses in that field could easily be proven. So I decided to simply reproduce it.

-The experiment is available only in German here and you might , after listening to the tape, agree that the original hypothesis can be proven.

The file may be retrieved with the Windows media player. You will need paper and pen!

Hör-Experiment(auf Deutsch)  it may take a few minutes to start - you will need a quiet surrounding for the next 5 minutes!---------------------------------------------------------------
