We solicit submissions of unpublished papers presenting research results, industrial experiences and applications, as well as detailed specifications of open problems. Full papers of no more than 10 pages written in English should be submitted as PDF files using the EasyChair conference management system. All submitted papers will be subject to a triple reviewing process by the Program Committee. For the preparation of your paper see Authors Instruction.

Evaluation Criteria

Papers will be reviewed regarding the following criteria:

  • Accordance to the state of the art
  • Degree of novelty and innovation
  • In the focus of the conference
  • Fitting the style instructions
  • Level of language and presentation

The predicates per criterion cover the following values:

  • strong accept (+3)
  • accept (+2)
  • weak accept (+1)
  • borderline (0)
  • weak reject (-1)
  • reject (-2)
  • strong reject (-3)

The overall rating is weighted by the confidence of the reviewers.


Please, use the EasyChair conference system to upload and manage your paper submission.

  1. Camera-ready copies need to be uploaded in the "Proceedings" section. This new menu entry is available from the top line menu of EasyChair.
  2. A new browser window will appear. You are now logged-in as "proceedings author". Click on your paper "Paper <N>".
  3. Now you can upload your final version by selecting "Update this paper" or update your author's information.

You can find a small "How-To" in the Authors Instruction. Papers have to be submitted in PDF format only wihout any footer or header.

For accepted papers, you will need some of the data of the publication to fill the copyright form. Please, email your filled, signed and scanned form to copyright@i2cs-conference.org.

Please note:

You will need to create an EasyChair account, if you have not already done so. Your existing account can be reused.

For the submission in EasyChair, you need to provide several information on your contribution (address for correspondence, authors, title and abstract, keywords). These information can be provided in advance without submitting the full paper itself. We recommend to do so! You can update all your information and of course your paper submission at any time as long as the submission is not closed.
