  • 2009–03/2016: Researcher at the Research Center for Research on Continuing Education and Education Management at the German University for Continuing Education and in the Department Quality Management and Accreditation
  • 2006–2008: Researcher at the Quality Management Department and the Vice Rectorat for Teaching at the Danube University Krems
  • 2006: Project Employee at the University of Graz in a Project for gender sensitive didactics
  • Until 2006: Diploma studies in Educational Sciences with a focus on Continuing Education and Gender Studies at the University of Graz (Austria)
