A Special Issue on collective intelligence with high-quality conference papers is planned in the International Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems (SCIE, Impact factor: 1.8).

At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register and pay the registration fee until May 21st, 2011, to guarantee the publication of the paper in the proceedings and to be considered for publication in the Special Issue.
