The 13th conference of our series takes place at the Universität of Hagen in the city of Hagen *, Germany.

  • The University of Hagen German FernUniversität in Hagen) was founded in 1974 and is the only german public research university focused on distance teaching. Its campus is located in Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. According to the Federal Statistical Office of Germany it is with approx. 70000 students Germany's largest university.

The university has four faculties:

  • Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences
  • Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science
  • Faculty of Business Administration and Economics
  • Faculty of Law

All faculties of the university award undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (bachelor's, master's, doctorate and habilitation), which are equivalent to those awarded by traditional on-campus universities.
