Congratulations to Fabian Walke for participating and presenting two papers at the 57th Hawaiian Conference on System Sciences in Honolulu, Hawaii!

The paper "Work System Quality Assessment: A TIHPS Grounded Measurement Model" focuses on identifying the factors that measure the quality of a work system and explores how considering these aspects can help address challenges within work systems, such as the shortage of IT professionals, especially in the public sector.
Fabian co-authored the paper with Anneke Aden and Prof. Till Winkler.

The second paper "Making Digital File Management Successful: A Grounded Model of DFM Adoption in the Public Sector" examines the introduction of the DFM system "E-Akte Bund" (D: E-Akte Bund), based on a critical case selection of German federal authorities in the EU, and aims to identify the characteristics that determine the introduction of DFM in the public sector from the employees' perspective.
This study was co-authored with Florian Ulmke and Prof. Till Winkler.
