Participation in the 56th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences

[24.01.2023]

Kristina Kusanke and Fabian Walke got the opportunity to present their current research at the 56th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences in Maui, Hawaii.

Kristina's paper "Personality Traits and Ambidextrous Work Environments in IT Organizations - A Person-Job Fit Perspective", co-authored with Janna Heynen-Behnke and Prof. Till Winkler, addresses the question whether and how personality traits and work environment characteristics, measured at the individual level of ambidexterity, relate and impact person-job fit (P-J fit).

Fabian presented the paper "Success of Digital Identity Infrastructure: A Grounded Model of eID Evolution Success", co-authored with Michael Le and Prof. Till Winkler, where they conducted 18 expert interviews in the context of the European Union with the focal case of the eID infrastructure in Germany and developed a model of eID evolution success.

We look forward to 2023 and hope to participate in more great conferences this year!
