[01.10.2026]

The B*IMA Chair was represented at INFORMATIK 2026 in Dresden with several presentations. In addition to a presentation by Tobias Golz as part of the IT Governance and Strategic Information Management (ITG-SIM) specialist group, a workshop organised by the Digital Health (FG-DH) specialist group also took place.

Tobias Golz presents research on cloud security

At the workshop organised by the ‘IT Governance and Strategic Information Management (ITG-SIM)’ specialist group, our colleague Tobias Golz presented research findings on the topic of cloud security.

Under the title ‘Structuring Cloud Security: A Multi-Dimensional Taxonomy of Technical and Organisational Measures’, Tobias presented his work on the structured classification of technical and organisational measures within a cloud security taxonomy developed by Nickerson et al. (2013). Tobias co-authored the research paper with Ricardo Götz and Prof. Till J. Winkler.

Successful “Digital Health Perspectives '26” workshop

The Digital Health Section (FG-DH) was also represented at the workshop “Digital Health Perspectives '26 – Bridging Healthcare, Technology and Society”. Organised jointly with the German Society for Medical Informatics, Biometrics and Epidemiology (GMDS) e. V., the workshop brought together contributions from academia and practice.

Featuring several sessions, pitches and a poster session, the workshop provided a forum for discussion on current topics in digital healthcare. The workshop was organised and coordinated by, amongst others, Mustapha Addam and Prof. Till Winkler.
