Daria has joined the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Information Management at the FernUniversität in Hagen as an external doctoral candidate in October 2021.

She has started with a bachelor degree in political science as well as an interdisciplinary master on European Science at Freie Universität Berlin. During her bachelor, she has participated in a student exchange program at the Copenhagen University in Denmark. Later, she completed a second master, a double degree in Public Policy and Management, in cooperation between Freie Universität Berlin and HEC Paris, with one study year at each institution.

In 2016 she began working at Deutsche Telekom in Warsaw as a Specialist in IT Operational Readiness, where she was supporting the post-implementation phase during international SAP ERP rollouts. After a year, she took over the responsibilities of a team lead as well as service manager activities.

She is working since 2018 as a Cloud Transformation and Architecture Consultant at Accenture. While consulting on various IT projects, she has been working on the interface between business and IT organization. As a certified Cloud Architect and ITIL Professional, her main focus has been around cloud developments as well as IT processes.

Daria's main research areas at FernUniversität Hagen, in accordance with her practical experience, gather around cloud computing and IT Service Management. She is interested in organizational transition in times of digitalization, which requires adjustments in the IT as well as business organization and the interplay between both.
