Kristina Kusanke has been a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Information Management, at the FernUniversität in Hagen since June 1, 2021.

As part of her bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Leipzig, she studied for six months at Umeå University in Sweden. She completed her Master's degree in International Management at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.

After graduation, she completed a management trainee program at an American multi-technology corporation. After a position as Subject Matter Expert in the Business Transformation Organization, she was involved in the development and roll out of a B2B partner portal as Business Development Specialist.

When moving to the automotive supplier industry, she initially worked as an expert for strategies, structures and processes. Following this station, her responsibilities included the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management System and the Shared Service Center.

Kristina Kusanke researches and teaches at the FernUniversität in Hagen in the field of digitization, focusing on organizational change in the context of digitization, IT governance and business-IT alignment.
