English Conversation Club

Would you like a chance to practice your spoken English and learn about everyday life at other European universities at the same time? The International Office invites FernUniversität staff to join our virtual English Conversation Club in cooperation with the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Spain.

Twice a month, our conversation groups meet up online together with staff from our partner universities to discuss interesting topics in an informal atmosphere. These relaxed conversations will help you improve your English-speaking skills and gain more confidence in using English.

There will also be opportunities to meet up with the Jyväskylä and Barcelona staff as part of an Erasmus+ Staff Week.

The English Conversation Club is primarily intended for administrative and technical staff.
