Curriculum vitae

Mona C. Griesberg is a research fellow at the Community Psychology Department at the FernUniversität in Hagen.

She earned her master’s degree in social and cultural psychology focused on global mobility, diversity and inclusion. During the Erasmus+ master’s program called Global-MINDS, she studied at the University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal) and the University of Limerick (Ireland). She was also a research assistant under Dr. Anca Minescu (University of Limerick, Ireland) and a teaching assistant under Dr. Karyn Boatwright (Kalamazoo College, USA).

She earned her bachelor’s in psychology at the University of Bonn (Germany) including a global-exchange/study abroad program at Kalamazoo College (USA)., a research internship at the German Institute for Adult Education, at the Educational Psychology Department at the University of Bonn (Germany), at the University of Michigan and Kalamazoo College (USA) Before her studies, she volunteered at the Goethe Language Learning Centre in Shenyang (China).

She is a member of the Latino-European Social Psychological Research Network, the Fulbright Network and World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence. Her academic pathway has been supported by the University of Bonn, the Fulbright Program, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Erasmus+ programme.
