Academic Career

Since 2025: Research fellow in the project "WERTstatt"which is funded by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (Freiraum 2025) at the Department of Community Psychology at FernUniversität in Hagen. This project creates a collaboratively designed learning environment specifically for psychology students, where they engage in both digital spaces and in-person settings to reflect on their values, identify potential value conflicts, and collaboratively learn how deal with these conflicts.
