The best option is the Campus Hotel *** (www.campushotel.de), which is located opposite to the main campus and the conference venue.

We have arranged a block of single rooms at 99 euros per night (excluding breakfast). Please book via e-mail with the code "3rdSRPDC" before April 30, 2026 at info@campushotel.de.

Outside the city center, there are two alternatives for different budgets:

Arcadeon **** (www.arcadeon.de) is an upper-class hotel about 2 km from the conference venue. The conference dinner will take place in the restaurant Karls in this hotel. The average daily rate at the conference days starts from 169 euros.

Bildungsherberge (www.bildungsherberge.de - in German only) is a guest house that is run by the students' union of the University of Hagen. It is also about 2 km from the conference venue. For external guests, a single room costs 52 euros per night.

Furthermore, there are a number of middle-class hotels in the city center and near the main station. The conference venue is reached in 15-20 minutes by bus from the city center. You may have a look at the well-known travel websites, e.g. Tripadvisor.
