The paper Regime-specific exchange rate predictability co-authored with Robinson Kruse-Becher and Marco Kerkemeier has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.

March 2025: Successful doctorate Joseph Agyapong
Joseph Agyapong has also completed his doctorate with the overall grade Summa Cum Laude with his successful disputation. In his doctorate, Mr Agyapong dealt, among other things, with exchange rates, expectation formation and sentiment indicators. Prof. Dr. Robert Czudaj and Prof. Dr. Robinson Kruse-Becher served as additional examiners.

With her successful defence, Jennifer Brunne has also completed her doctorate with the overall grade Summa Cum Laude. Mrs Brunne's doctoral thesis dealt with sustainability, expectations and sentiment indicators, among other things. Prof Dr Time Heinrich and Prof Dr Jürgen Weibler acted as further examiners.
