Mental Labor Inventory beim WFRN in Montréal

Beim 8. Biennual Conference des Work and Family Researchers Network (WFRN) an der Concordia University in Montréal (17.–20. Juni 2026, Motto „Centering Care Across the Life Course") präsentierte Jan-Bennet Voltmer auf der halbtägigen Preconference „Understanding Cognitive Labor and the Mental Load" die Ergebnisse zu „Toward the Measurement of Mental Labor" (Jan-Bennet Voltmer, Natalia Reich-Stiebert, Olga Zolotina & Laura Froehlich, Fakultät für Psychologie). Vorgestellt wurde ein neu entwickeltes, mehrdimensionales Instrument zur reliablen Erfassung von Mental Labor. Der Austausch mit Soziolog:innen und Psycholog:innen aus der Work-and-Family-Forschung eröffnete wertvolle Kontakte für künftige Kooperationen.
