The interdisciplinary research institute Work - Education - Digitalization (WED) at the FernUniversität in Hagen is dedicated to investigating digital transformation in today’s working world.
Our research focuses on the challenges and opportunities of digital work design and the skills that will need to be developed.
By creating practical solutions, the institute is aiming to enhance the potential for knowledge transfer in the working world.
The institute was established using funds provided by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia between 2022 and 2024.
