Abstract:

This minitrack examines governance mechanisms in digital health ecosystems, where success depends on coordination across organizational boundaries, alignment of stakeholder interests, and balance between standardization and autonomy. The four featured papers address critical challenges including cybersecurity and hospital survival, value creation in private equity contexts, responsible AI integration, and emergent governance in resource-constrained settings. These contributions advance understanding of how governance mechanisms shape organizational performance, value creation, and innovation.
