International and intercultural dimensions are playing an ever-greater role in teaching and distance is not unaffected by this development. With this in mind, we are offering an e-teaching certificate program with optional modules on international teaching. Participants who successfully complete the course, will be awarded the certificate “ETC - Focus:International.”

You can choose your specialization at the beginning of the program or at a later stage during the course. To pass the specialization course, you must complete an additional self-learning course on “Intercultural Communication (12 WU) in the basic course and choose an international alignment for your e-teaching project. Your decision regarding your specialization must therefore be made before the individual e-teaching project is implemented at the latest. The colleagues in the International Office and ZLI will be happy to help your with your planning and course design.
