    The degree course in law leading to the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) at the FernUniversität in Hagen is a traditional law course taught using modern distance learning methods.
The career opportunities for graduates of this course are extremely diverse. It opens the door to the traditional legal professions as soon as you have completed your legal clerkship and passed your second state examination.
Admission requirements
- Higher education entrance qualification certificate
- Subject-specific higher education entrance qualification certificate
- A professional qualification
- An equivalent foreign qualification
Unfortunately, enrollment in a law degree program is not possible with a technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur). Your first degree (e.g., Bachelor’s/Diploma degree) entitles you to start your second degree.
