Ms. Janina Matern, senior researcher at the Chair of corporate and management accounting, attended the 35th IAFA Annual Conference and Doctoral Colloquium at Galway University in Ireland.
She presented her research paper titled " Which competences and capabilities do firms demand from candidates when hiring top managers? " which she co-authored with Dr. Klaus Derfuss.

Frau Janina Matern, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling, nahm an der 35. IAFA-Jahreskonferenz und dem Doktorandenkolloquium an der Universität Galway in Irland teil.
Sie präsentierte ihr Forschungspapier mit dem Titel "Welche Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten verlangen Unternehmen von Bewerbern bei der Einstellung von Top-Managern? " welches sie gemeinsam mit Dr. Klaus Derfuss verfasst hat.
