Auch in diesem Semester konnten Teilnehmende der Seminare am Lehrstuhl für BWL, inbes. Unternehmensrechnung und Controlling ihr Feedback zu Inhalt, Organisation und anderen Themen der Seminare geben.

Das Onlineseminar „Aufgaben des Controllings im Strategieprozess von Unternehmen“ hatte das Ziel, Erkenntnisse über den Strategieprozess im Unternehmen und dem Anteil des Controllings daran zu gewinnen, um dadurch den Strategieprozess und die Aufgaben des Controllings hierbei für die Teilnehmenden greifbarer zu machen. Das Seminar wurde mit einer Gesamtnote von 1,3 von den Studierenden bewertet (siehe „Evaluation Aufgaben des Controllings im Strategieprozess von Unternehmen“).

Das Präsenzseminar mit dem Thema „Digitalisierung im Personalcontrolling“ wurde in Champéry (Schweiz) als Ski-Seminar veranstaltet. Es fanden angeregte Diskussionen zu den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des praktischen Einsatzes von digitalen Tools und Instrumenten im Personalcontrolling statt. Das Seminar wurde mit einer Gesamtnote von 1,6 von den Studierenden bewertet (siehe „Evaluation Digitalisierung im Personalcontrolling“).

Also this semester, participants of the seminars at the Chair of Corporate and Management Accounting were able to give their feedback on the content, organization and other topics of the seminars.

The online seminar "Tasks of Controlling in the Strategy Process of Companies" aimed to gain insights into the strategy process in companies and the role of controlling in it, in order to make the strategy process and tasks more tangible for the participants. The seminar was rated 1.3 overall by the students (see "Evaluation Tasks of Controlling in the Strategy Process of Companies").

The in-person seminar on "Digitalization in Personnel Controlling" was held as a ski seminar in Champéry (Switzerland). Engaging discussions took place regarding the possibilities and limitations of the practical use of digital tools and instruments in personnel controlling. The seminar was rated 1.6 overall by the students (see "Evaluation Digitalization in Personnel Controlling").
