Der Sportgipfel Hagen 2026 bringt am Freitag, den 12. Juni 2026 von 13:00 bis 18:00 Uhr erneut führende Akteurinnen und Akteure aus Sport, Politik, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft zusammen. Dabei stehen wirksame Führung, klare Entscheidungen und echte Verantwortung im Sport im Mittelpunkt.

Unter dem Leitthema "Sport & Führung" widmet sich die Fachtagung den zentralen Herausforderungen im Profi- und Breitensport. Denn steigende Erwartungen, knappe Ressourcen und wachsende Komplexität verlangen nach neuen Perspektiven. Gleichzeitig braucht es tragfähige Lösungen, die in der Praxis bestehen.

Die Fachtagung richtet sich an Geschäftsführungen und Vorstände sowie an Verantwortliche aus Profi- und Breitensport. Darüber hinaus sind politische Entscheiderinnen und Entscheider, Sponsoren sowie Fachleute aus Wissenschaft und Verwaltung angesprochen. Der Sportgipfel Hagen wendet sich also an alle, die Entwicklungen im Sport aktiv mitgestalten wollen.

The Hagen 2026 Sports Summit will once again bring together leading figures from the worlds of sports, politics, business, and academia on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event will focus on effective leadership, clear decision-making, and genuine accountability in sports.

Under the theme “Sports & Leadership,” the conference will address the key challenges facing professional and recreational sports. Rising expectations, scarce resources, and growing complexity call for new perspectives. At the same time, sustainable solutions that stand the test of practice are needed.

The conference is aimed at executive boards and management teams, as well as decision-makers in professional and recreational sports. It also targets political decision-makers, sponsors, and experts from academia and public administration. The Hagen Sports Summit is thus aimed at everyone who wants to actively shape developments in sports.
