Am 19. und 20. Mai fand ein zweitägiges hybrides Doktorandenseminar unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Jörn Littkemann am Campus Frankfurt statt.

Im Seminar wurde jeweils der aktuelle Stand der Forschungsprojekte "Nachhaltigkeit als Erfolgsfaktor der Arbeitgeber:innenattraktivität mittelständischer Unternehmen" von Matthias Pfister und "Fusionen von Genossenschaftsbanken" von Marco Schwarz vorgestellt und intensiv diskutiert.

Abschließend wurden weitere Forschungsvorhaben kurz erörtert und diskutiert. Nach dem offiziellen Teil stand für die Mitarbeiter vor Ort der Besuch der Frankfurter Börse auf dem Programm.

On May 19^th and 20^th, a two-day hybrid doctoral seminar under the direction of Prof. Dr. Joern Littkemann took place at the Frankfurt Campus.

In the seminar, the current status of the research projects “Sustainability as a Success Factor for the Attractiveness of Medium-Sized Companies as Employers - An Empirical Analysis” by Matthias Pfister and “Merger of cooperative banks” by Marco Schwarz were presented and intensively discussed.

Finally, further research projects were briefly discussed and debated. After the official part, a visit to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was on the agenda for the local team members.
