Prof Eva Cendon at this year´s eucen conference with two contributions

Prof Eva Cendon was participating at this year´s annual eucen conference on “Empowering Futures: Lifelong Learning, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a Changing World” taking place from 3-5 June 2026 at the University of Cagliari, with two contributions.

Prof Cendon presented two papers at the conference: On 3 June, she provided first insights into a joint research project with Prof Mandy Schulze from Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences on “Lost Narratives of University Lifelong Learning”. On 4 June she was speaker on the plenary panel together with Prof Marcella Milana from the University of Verona and Oonagh Aitken from Volunteurope, discussing “Cross-Cutting Perspectives on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practices in Higher Education”. The session was chaired by Dr Lyndsey El Amoud from the University College Cork.
