Webinar: „The Future of the University: Global, Sustainable, Inclusive?” (2026, March 12)

To celebrate the release of the latest special issue of the Contributions to Higher Education Research, guest editors Prof Eva Cendon (FernUniversität in Hagen), Prof Mpine Makoe (University of South Africa) and Irina Haury (FernUniversität in Hagen) hosted an international English-language webinar on 12 March, in collaboration with the “Beiträge zur Hochschulforschung”.

In a panel discussion moderated by Eva Cendon authors from Mexico, South Africa, and Germany discussed questions related to the Special Issue’s theme: “The Future of the University: Global, Sustainable, Inclusive?”, addressed and explored through current research perspectives. During the concluding open discussion, international webinar participants had the opportunity to further discuss the topic.
