What is my role within CATALPA?

As a social scientist, LAMASS@DiLea gives me the opportunity to investigate the reasons for study success and dropout in digital distance learning in Germany.

Why CATALPA?

The scientific community of CATALPA is supportive in developing ideas about the typology of students with regard to dropping out of- and success in university.

    • Research associate in the LAMASS@DiLea project at the FernUniversität in Hagen (since 2021)
    • Research associate at the University of Siegen (2013 - 2020)

    • Attachment theory, mindfulness and positive psychology
    • Developing typologies to promote theory building, person-centered intervention approaches and knowledge communication
