What is my role within CATALPA?

As psychologist I work as a pre-doctoral researcher in the Department of Educational Psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen/Germany and currently a member of the InterMINT project team. My research focuses on the psychological conditions and consequences of educational international mobility and on the study success of international STEM students in Germany. I specifically study these from an intersectionality perspective.

Why CATALPA?

CATALPA offers me many opportunities for exchange with other (junior-) researchers who are involved in diversity research at German higher education institutions. Furthermore, it allows me to learn from and connect with other academics. In particular, the interdisciplinary exchange enriches my expertise.
