Was ist meine Rolle in CATALPA?

Als Wissenschafliche Mitarbeiterin im Bereich Learning Analytics erforsche ich, wie man Bildungsdaten analysieren kann, um wertvolle Einblicke in die Lernprozesse zu bekommen. Ich interessiere mich für neue Datenanalysetechniken und Learning-Analytics-Tools, die Studierenden und Lehrenden bei Assessment- und Feedbackpraktiken unterstützen.

Warum CATALPA?

CATALPA bietet mir als Early Career Wissenschaftlerin hervorragende Unterstützung. Darüber hinaus finde ich hier großartige Möglichkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit und interdisziplinären Forschung.

    • Postdoctorandin bei Center of Advanced Technology for Assisted Learning and Predictive Analytics (CATALPA), FernUniversität Hagen (seit Oktober 2024).
    • Senior Researcher (2022-2024), Doktorandin (2017-2023) bei Centre for the Science of Learning and Technology (SLATE), Universität Bergen, Norwegen.
    • Vorstandsmitglied bei International Society for Quantitative Ethnography (seit 2021), Ausschussvorsitzende von International Society for Quantitative Ethnography Resources Committee (2021-2023)
    • Der Schwerpunkt meiner Forschung liegt auf der effektiven Nutzung von Bildungsdaten und neuartigen Datenanalysetechniken. Meine Leidenschaft liegt in der Entwicklung von Materialien zum Lehren und Erlernen neuer Analysemethoden, wie Epistemic Network Analysis und Transition Network Analysis.
    • Ich bin daran interessiert, praktische datengesteuerte Lösungen für Lehrende und Studierende zu entwickeln und effektive Bewertungs- und Feedbackpraktiken durch Bildungstechnologie zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus möchte ich auch die Wirksamkeit von Lernanalysetools wie Dashboards untersuchen.
    • Ich interessiere mich für die kritische Bewertung neuer Technologien (z. B. generative künstliche Intelligenz) und die Erforschung von Möglichkeiten, wie diese neuen Technologien nicht nur das Lehren und Lernen in der Hochschulbildung, sondern auch Forschungspraktiken unterstützen können.
    • In meiner Forschung konzentriere ich mich auf Themen wie computergestütztes kollaboratives Lernen, Peer-Assessment, Writing Analytics und Lerndesign.
  • Ich arbeite an verschiedenen Projekten in der Forschungsprofessur Learning Analytics. Persönliches Projekt: Emerging network techniques to model educational data.
