Was ist meine Rolle in CATALPA?
Als Bildungspsychologin begeistere ich mich dafür, fortschrittliche Technologien einzusetzen, um das Lernen und Lehren zu optimieren. In meiner Forschung kombiniere ich theoriegeleitete, prozessorientierte Bewertung mit multimodalen Daten und Lernanalysen. So versuche ich, Lernprozesse zu verstehen und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in adaptive Lernhilfen zu übersetzen. Diese sollen selbstreguliertes Lernen und sinnvolle Partnerschaften zwischen Mensch und KI fördern. Bei CATALPA leite ich die Nachwuchsforschungsgruppe ATLaS (Adaptive Teaching, Learning, and Support).
Warum CATALPA?
CATALPA bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus konstruktivem, interdisziplinärem Austausch und der strukturellen Unterstützung, die für meine Arbeit nötig ist. Dies zeigt sich in den Projekten, der Infrastruktur und den Qualifizierungsprogrammen. CATALPAs Anspruch, evidenzbasierte Interventionen in technologiegestützten Lernkontexten umzusetzen und in die Breite zu tragen, ist besonders beeindruckend. Mein Ziel bei CATALPA ist es, die Verbindung zwischen Theorie, prozessorientierter Erfassung und Praxis zu stärken. Ich trage dazu bei, Ansätze und Kooperationen zu fördern, die skalierbare, lernerzentrierte Unterstützung ermöglichen.
