SUBMISSION 
of talks can be done during the registration for the workshop. A 200-300 word abstract is required, describing the major goals and achievements of the intended talk.
Beside the talks, discussion groups will be setup during the first conference day, request for special topics may add with a short justification in the same manner as abstarcts for talks. 



NO PAPER PROCEEDINGS will be published. Conference participants will receive a USB stick containing a workshop booklet containing the program as well as all abstracts. Additional materials (drafts of conference and journal paper, books, technical report, extended state-of-work descriptions etc) maybe submitted before the  conference to the organisers and add to that USB stick too.
